The Foot Solutions Experience

After scheduling an appointment or stopping by your local Foot Solutions, you’ll be paired with one of our foot experts highly trained in Pedorthics. Feel free to share any pains or concerns you’d like to address. We’re always here to listen!
Your expert will provide a free 10 point analysis to evaluate a range of things including, but not limited to, your foot biomechanics, gait pattern, and any issues you may be experiencing. The analysis takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
You’ll receive an expert recommendation to improve your foot health and alleviate any problems, and we’ll focus on a solution designed just for you. This could include custom arch supports and/or insoles, or a personalised footwear recommendation.
After the evaluation and getting you checked out, we will stay in touch to ensure your foot wellness plan is succeeding.

I got insoles here about 7 years ago and they were brilliant for that entire time. They were personalised and also slimmed down for the shoe type that I wear. I recommended foot solutions to everyone I knew as I had had a super positive experience. I recently went back to purchase a new set because my physiotherapist had told me they looked a little worn. The sales person told me about a new system they had and that they were now made in a new material – they were more foam-y. I was a little skeptical at first because they were the same price as the more sturdy ones and seemed much flimsier but she assured me they were just as durable and would last the same range of time. I feel foolish now looking back over a year later for having believed this to be true. €350 euro (I am a student too) and they are already completely worn and offer no support anymore whatsoever. I can honestly say I feel scammed by the misinformation and I will not be returning to foot solutions again. Pearse Physio offer the exact same service and at €150+ less than Foot Solutions! Take your money elsewhere.

SO helpful and knew just what we needed!!! My husband and I were visiting from Seattle and he only wore pool/water shoes on the way here and didn't pack any other shoes. So we stopped in to foot solutions hoping to find some runners for the trip. Kevin Kelly was so helpful! My husbands shoes and socks were soaked because it was raining so Kevin kindly gave him some socks and helped my husband find the perfect pair of runners. My husband was able to wear the new shoes out of the store and used them our entire trip (13 days). He said they were very comfortable and kept his feet dry. HUGE thank you to Kevin for being so helpful, friendly, and kind. We truly appreciated it!

NOTE: Their policy says no refund. They were nice enough to refund when they didn't have a size change I asked for. Hence, 5 stars. Otherwise I would've given a 4 because every place has 30 day refund now.
