The Foot Solutions Experience

  1. After scheduling an appointment or stopping by your local Foot Solutions, you’ll be paired with one of our foot experts highly trained in Pedorthics. Feel free to share any pains or concerns you’d like to address. We’re always here to listen!
  2. Your expert will provide a free 10 point analysis to evaluate a range of things including, but not limited to, your foot biomechanics, gait pattern, and any issues you may be experiencing. The analysis takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. You’ll receive an expert recommendation to improve your foot health and alleviate any problems, and we’ll focus on a solution designed just for you. This could include custom arch supports and/or insoles, or a personalised footwear recommendation.
  4. After the evaluation and getting you checked out, we will stay in touch to ensure your foot wellness plan is succeeding.

Was seen without an appointment on ringing the bell as no one was in already. I recieved a very thorough measurement and fitting plus in depth discussion and advice,I'm already attending a podiatrist and have a diagnosis but find it hard to find suitable footwear. Unfortunately there were no styles to suit me in stock but I recieved very good service/advice and will return when new styles come in. There was no " hard sell " at all,just genuinely helpful advice.

The horrible little grey haired staff member could do well to learn some manners, the way in which she spoke to me I wouldn't have spoken to an animal. I see from other reviews I may not be alone in my opinion and also that apparently you have to make an appointment., you can't just walk in. If this is still the case may I suggest that that information is placed on the entrance door beside the doorbell sign where it is easily seen instead of speaking to people in such a vile manner. Safe to say I will never set foot in this place again! *Addendum * Wow wow wow not only a horrible little grey haired staff member slash owner but also an absolute liar! I rang the bell twice maybe three times! And the only reason I rang again was I never heard it ring and no one looked like they'd heard it so I rang again… (Had there been a note on the door stating an appointment was required I would have stepped away…) The lady then came to the door which I thought she was doing to let me in so I pushed the door as one does and STEPPED, NOT barged in (I'm a 57 year old woman for chrissakes not some daft wee lassie.) I then realised the customers were leaving and blustered 'oh sorry' as I hadn't seen them, as I did so I was barked at to 'step outside' and dismissed like a dog, she was then told where to go and I stormed off as I couldn't believe the utter rudeness, check your precious CCTV as that's exactly what happened, how dare you paint me as the villain here (oh and I'd also check the time stamp as at 16.42 I was sitting in the GFT watching a film that had started at 16.30 and to which I still had to walk after yours!) I was HR manager for House of Fraser Scotland back in the day and if any of my staff had talked to a customer thus they'd have been immediately shown the door! I wish you well in your future endeavours ….

Saw some shoes in the window display that looked great. Attempted to visit the store at approx 1530 today (sign says shop closes at 1700). Door was locked. Man came and opened up aFter he could see we were trying to get in. It was odd because he blocked the entrance We asked if the store was closed and he brashly responded no it wasn’t. We commented on the door being locked and he says that’s because that they were only taking appointments. It was clear he wasn’t interested so we left. It was a dreadful lack of customer service and no wonder the last few reviews here are bad. My advice, don’t waste your time or money.
