The Foot Solutions Experience

  1. After scheduling an appointment or stopping by your local Foot Solutions, you’ll be paired with one of our foot experts highly trained in Pedorthics. Feel free to share any pains or concerns you’d like to address. We’re always here to listen!
  2. Your expert will provide a free 10 point analysis to evaluate a range of things including, but not limited to, your foot biomechanics, gait pattern, and any issues you may be experiencing. The analysis takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. You’ll receive an expert recommendation to improve your foot health and alleviate any problems, and we’ll focus on a solution designed just for you. This could include custom arch supports and/or insoles, or a personalised footwear recommendation.
  4. After the evaluation and getting you checked out, we will stay in touch to ensure your foot wellness plan is succeeding.

I booked in to visit Foot Solutions in Plymouth through a recommendation as I have struggled for years to find walking boots that fit properly and don’t cause blisters. I’m now getting ready to go travelling for 3 months so I needed a mini miracle! Paul was fantastic, finding the perfect pair of walking boots for me and they’ve been spot on since day one. The high level of service feels like something you would be paying for but there’s no cost for the assessment or added costs to the shoes, they’re just passionate about that they do! I’m probably a lot younger than their usual customers but getting the right footwear is so important and I’d recommend getting booked in for anyone who isn’t sure about their sizing or is struggling to find suitable walking boots. I’ll be coming back for running shoes when I get back – Thanks Paul!

Popped in today to have my feet properly measured & to see how Brooks felt on my feet. Beccy served me, great customer service, really helpful and told me and showed me the best fit trainer! Highly recommend everyone pop in for a professional fitting and advice! You will more than likely come out with a new pair of shoes. 😊 Thank you !!

Fantastic results from the custom inserts. I had plantar fasciitis in my left foot and also problems associated with a previously broken right ankle. Jo's attention to detail and care were excellent at the free foot assessment, and within a few days of using the 'over the counter' insert she recommended, I was walking better and with less pain. Prior to this I had found it hard to walk without severe pain for more than ten minutes. Now, with the custom inserts and three weeks into using them, I'm happy to say I've walked miles on Dartmoor and elsewhere, and daily pain has been reduced by about 90%, with what feels like just the result of the surgery I had for the broken ankle being an issue that I'll need help with. Overall this has been a brilliant, life enhancing experience. Highly recommended.

I experienced painful fungal toenails for a while, tried home remedies and even had a prescription from the doctors which did not work. All the staff at Foot Solutions are very friendly and professional but in particular, Jade was absolutely fantastic! She explained to me the best treatment for my nails and the aftercare I needed to do in between my appointments. Jade is really personable and made me feel at ease throughout all my appointments. She even showed me progress pictures of my toenails. I have never seen my nails look so healthy and feel confident again to wear my sandals! I would highly recommend her for any kind of foot treatment 😊
