The Foot Solutions Experience

  1. After scheduling an appointment or stopping by your local Foot Solutions, you’ll be paired with one of our foot experts highly trained in Pedorthics. Feel free to share any pains or concerns you’d like to address. We’re always here to listen!
  2. Your expert will provide a free 10 point analysis to evaluate a range of things including, but not limited to, your foot biomechanics, gait pattern, and any issues you may be experiencing. The analysis takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. You’ll receive an expert recommendation to improve your foot health and alleviate any problems, and we’ll focus on a solution designed just for you. This could include custom arch supports and/or insoles, or a personalised footwear recommendation.
  4. After the evaluation and getting you checked out, we will stay in touch to ensure your foot wellness plan is succeeding.

My experience at this shop was not good. Went in buy a pair of shoes to accommodate a bunion and ended up having a foot review and being persuaded buy some very expensive orthotics. Bought two pairs of shoes and a pair of slippers. One pair of shoes and the slippers are a size too big and quite useless. Lady in shop said that 'it was my opinion' what size of shoes I have always worn. She thought she was right.. The orthotics are so uncomfortable I cannot wear them and, anyway, the shoes are too big so my foot moves around. It was a complete waste of over £1000.

Had appointment today and was taken care of by Becky. Extremely professional advice given and I was given 100% attention from Becky. I have been in so much pain for so long it was a relief to be fitted with shoes I could walk in. I cannot fault my treatment, and left the shop feeling so much happier. Would fully recommend a visit to Foot Solutions if you suffer with painful feet. Thank you Becky.

I've started running again and noticed pain in my arches, my running shoes were giving me terrible blisters too, I saw Becky who was amazing at explaining everything to do with my feet. She showed me a couple pairs of running shoes that she believed were ideal for my feet, I chose the Brooks Glycerin GTS 20. Granted, I probably could have bought them cheaper elsewhere online upon researching them, but I appreciated being able to try them on, feel the comfort and walk away with them knowing they fitted perfectly. Each to their own I guess.. Thanks Becky! I learned something new about my feet today.

Friendly and professional staff from booking to treatment. I had a fantastic appointment with Jade today, Jade was fantastic, knowledgeable and took the time to understand what had brought me to book an appointment. You could tell she had a real passion for helping people and made me feel at ease within minutes of walking in.

I have recently visited Foot Solutions and after many months of being unable to walk very far without pain I have been sorted out by amazing sympathetic and helpful staff. With the right shoes and orthotics I am walking again without pain. Thank you Solutions
