The Foot Solutions Experience

  1. After scheduling an appointment or stopping by your local Foot Solutions, you’ll be paired with one of our foot experts highly trained in Pedorthics. Feel free to share any pains or concerns you’d like to address. We’re always here to listen!
  2. Your expert will provide a free 10 point analysis to evaluate a range of things including, but not limited to, your foot biomechanics, gait pattern, and any issues you may be experiencing. The analysis takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. You’ll receive an expert recommendation to improve your foot health and alleviate any problems, and we’ll focus on a solution designed just for you. This could include custom arch supports and/or insoles, or a personalised footwear recommendation.
  4. After the evaluation and getting you checked out, we will stay in touch to ensure your foot wellness plan is succeeding.

I never go anywhere else for shoes. Ive got many problems with my feet and the staff are brilliant.

Stay away from this place if you don't want to have a serious problems with your feet. After a couple of visits, measurements, consultations etc, they sold me made to order insoles and a pair of very expensive trainers which are too small when the insoles are in, so I can't wear them anyway. The insoles are not great as well and made my foot problem even worse. Before I visited Foot Solutions I had only a minor problem with my feet, but after a few weeks of wearing their shoes and insoles, I literally couldn't walk. Thank God I stopped wearing them and now, few months after my last visit to Foot Solutions, I am still recovering from the damage they made to my feet. The whole experience with Foot Solutions made me £350 out of pocket.

My mother has been been a customer of Foot Solutions for a few years now. She has advanced arthritis in her feet, and has always been extremely impressed with the quality of service and products that they offer. Maria, who works there, has always been incredibly helpful, understanding, and kind. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the inserts fit perfectly – even allowing us to come back several times for adjustments at no extra charge. The arch support might seem expensive at first glance, but the level of service and expertise that we have received from Maria and the rest of the team at Foot Solutions make it well worth the investment. I highly recommend Foot Solutions to anyone in need of high-quality, custom arch support.

WOW – strange and VERY expensive experience. Visited to get some help with our daughter and sore feet and cramp. The store was empty but the assistant was reluctant to help as we didn't make an appointment. She watched my daughter walk in her socks for 30 seconds and then recommended another colleague come and look – they both noticed an irregularity and suggested a pre-moulded children's insole to be placed inside her shoes (Peapod Junior), they didn't have the exact size but the one larger did work in her shoes. The cost was a whopping £50.00 and the local residents discount (as advertised) wasn't available on that product. So – first off, my daughter (and ourselves) are very happy and the insoles do seem to work as hoped. However, in searching to find a second pair – so we don't need to swap around so much – I discovered the product retails on most websites for £12-£15 (and less than £10 with amazon)……. now, I am prepared and willing to accept a reasonable markup for the assistance and I do like to shop local. BUT – the other retailers are also making a small profit – but the additional £35+ profit I find extreme. SO….. my advice is – go and seek their advice and then purchase elsewhere – and tell them that is what you are doing! Then perhaps they shall change their pricing and we can return with more confidence.

Been wearing my custom arch support insoles for a few weeks. They were pricey – but my feet don't ache now. Also bought a pair of supportive shoes that take my custom insoles – again pricey, but good!
