How soon can I see you?
We do take walk-ins, Please bear in mind we can be quite busy so if you have a tight schedule or are travelling from far away it might be best to make an appointment in advance to avoid any delays.
Do I need a GP Referral?
No it is not required. Our friendly, specialised staff are only too happy to give you the benefit of their expertise. They take the time to understand your requirements and circumstances and only then will they advise you on suitable treatments and products.
Do You Have A Returns Policy?
We are happy to exchange, any item that is in a re-saleable condition within the first 30 days of purchase.
If I have a foot or walking/running problem should I use Foot Solutions Newbridge?
Yes. We can take you through our full assessment and gait analysis and try figure out what is causing the problem and to come up with the best solution for you.
We are not medical so if we do feel the problem needs more in depth analysis you may be referred to check with your GP.
What are orthotics?
Orthotics are custom made arch supports. They are made specifically for the person’s feet. They are transferred from shoe to shoe. They help improve balance and comfort, distribute weight evenly and reduce stress on the foot. They also compensate for biomechanical abnormities and improve shock absorption.
What should I bring to my appointment?
If you feel some of your foot wear may be the cause of some of your pain bring it a long and a member of staff can guide you on what footwear can help alleviate the pain.
How long will my appointment last?
Appointments generally last from 30-40 minutes.
What happens when the appointment is over?
After finding you your best fit and the right support. When the assessment and gait analysis is complete, the staff member will break down what they feel will best suit you and your needs.
What are the benefits and features of booking an appointment?
Booking an appointment means that we will have a member of staff free for when you arrive. If you are travelling some distance to your nearest store, we strongly recommend you make an appointment beforehand to make sure our staff can attend to you without delay.
